Charity Work

CTC offers a multitude of volunteering opportunities that make a tangible difference in our communities. We partner with several deserving nonprofit organizations; our goal is to make a positive and lasting impact in people’s lives.

The organizations CTC has partnered with include Special Olympics Illinois, Inspiration Corporation, Greater Chicago Food Depository and The Posse Foundation. In addition, CTC has been heavily involved in the Chicago Board Options Exchange tutoring program for Drake Elementary School. To support the work of these organizations, CTC also matches employees’ contributions to qualified organizations.

Social Events

We sponsor many events outside the office—including intramural sports, golf outings, and more—as a way to promote team building and open communication. We also host an annual holiday party where employees and guests can relax and socialize.
