Experience Under Pressure

For over three decades, CTC has built its business around options, volatility, and the discipline required to navigate complex markets.

Born on the Trading Floor

Chicago Trading Company was founded in 1995 by five options traders who believed that deep market understanding, disciplined risk management, and decisive action could create a lasting advantage.

What began in U.S. Index options expanded across products, asset classes, venues, and geographies. Along the way, CTC evolved from its trading floor roots into a global business supported by quantitative research, systematic strategies, and proprietary technology.

The tools have changed. The markets have changed. The core idea has not: stay ready to act, make better decisions, and provide liquidity with conviction.

How we do it:

Global Reach. One CTC.

With offices across the U.S. and Europe, CTC brings teams closer to the markets, talent, and opportunities shaping our business. We operate as one connected firm, sharing knowledge and solutions so progress in one team strengthens others.
