Technology Team Lead - Valuation and Risk

As a Technology Team Lead you will have an opportunity to work closely with traders, quants and talented technologists to deliver value at the very heart of our ecosystem. Your will provide technical leadership, managing and guiding a team of software developers who are passionate about valuation and risk services. Collaboration, flexibility and attention to detail will be the key attributes vital to your success!
What You’ll Do
Develop an implementation roadmap in partnership with Quant, Trading and Risk Management to deliver improvements in our valuation and risk services
Maintain an efficient and effective engineering team by empowering and managing staff to meet schedules and resolve technical or operational problems.
Mentor team members and introduce additional perspective on tools and techniques that could improve quality and drive better solutions
Stay up to date on product features, technology, and computing trends
What We’re Looking For
Must be a seasoned technology professional that has experience leading a software development team in a fast paced, multifaceted trading environment
Ability to manage resources, scope, and time to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.
A deep knowledge of options products and systems that support a trading business preferably in a market making environment.
A functional knowledge of pricing and risk models across multiple asset classes
Expertise in Java or C++ programming
Proficiency in Python preferred but not required
